I Mentor Because… I truly enjoy making meaningful connections with mentees and fostering these relationships as they evolve. As a former mentee of the program, I can attest to how beneficial having a mentor was to my confidence and overall success during my first year of college. Mentoring allows me to cultivate a supportive and safe environment for mentees that promotes growth in multiple facets of their college and life experiences. I am extremely grateful to learn from and alongside my mentees as well as play a part in helping them thrive during their first year at the W.A. Franke Honors College.
