URANIUM IN WELL WATER - SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS WORKSHOP

W.A. Franke Honors College Faculty Caitlyn Hall Presents

When

1 – 2:30 p.m., Jan. 12, 2022

The Town of Glastonbury has partnered with Thriving Earth Exchange (TEX) to address elevated levels of naturally occurring uranium in well water in some areas of Glastonbury. The TEX scientists have analyzed local well water data results and prepared a report of their findings, which was published in November 2021. Click here to read the Uranium report. This public workshop will provide a forum whereby the scientists can review their findings and answer community questions.

This virtual lunch and learn presentation will be conducted via Zoom. It is anticipated that the presentation will take roughly 1 hour, followed by a Q&A session. The Q&A session will address questions submitted in advance of the meeting in an attempt to address as many questions as possible.

The Zoom link will be posted here once available.
