Venture Studio: Hult Prize Workshop 1 - Defining the Problem and Developing a Solution

This week’s Venture Studio workshop covers two things. First, a short overview of Series B: what it involves and how to apply. Second, a taste of what Series B will cover via a big-picture look at what founders deal with after the idea: go-to-market strategy, legal basics (business structure, operating agreements, intellectual property, insurance), financing, and operations and scaling.
