Drawing on ancient practices in Indo-Tibetan Buddhism while being fully accessible to people with any - or no-faith tradition and supported by current scientific research in fields such as evolutionary biology, psychology, and neuroscience, CBCT has been linked to greater resilience and wellbeing. Learn the practices to expand compassion toward oneself and others and learn meditation in a new way.
