This one-unit Honors seminar introduces embodied learning: the study of how knowledge is rooted in the body. Each week we will engage in experiential practices such as movement, mindfulness, and creative expression, paired with structured reflection. You can expect to sample a variety of body-based approaches and consider how they support your academic growth, creativity, and personal well-being. By the end of the course, you will understand how embodied ways of knowing can expand your toolkit for learning and living.
