Second Seven Week

Embark on a transformative exploration of creative methodologies, pushing the boundaries of traditional problem-solving paradigms. In this cutting-edge program, you'll work alongside our industry partners, going beyond conventional approaches to critically evaluate proposed solutions and projects.

This is a hands-on, real-world course. Spring 2024 project partners are Creative Machines (Methods Partner) and Core Spaces (Challenge Partner) and you'll work with them on redefining the future of student living.

Core Spaces is a leader in student housing, with more than 80 living residencies across the country. In Tucson, they are the parent company of 5 student housing communities - the HUB Tucson collection &  Oliv Tucson.

The challenge being presented is "The future of student living: How to build a community within a community." During this course, you will have untethered access to the communities owned by CoreSpaces to envision the future of student housing. What do students want? What do parents want? How can the experience be better for students? How can student communities support the university experience?
