FOCUS QUESTIONS
What has been your favorite Honors course or experience that you have been involved with?
My favorite Honors experience has definitely been being a Partnerships Through Honors, or PATH mentor. Being able to lead a group of first-year Honors students and help them transition into college has been incredibly meaningful and I love connecting with my mentees!
What is something you have done during your time at UA of which you are especially proud?
Currently, I'm the Director of Public Health Outreach for Flying Samaritans, an organization that plans free, monthly medical clinics in Agua Prieta, Mexico! Providing medical care, free resources and public health education to this community is something I'm very proud to be a part of.
What message do you have for other Honors students on finding their own success?
I would tell other Honors students to get involved! Finding a club or organization that matches your interests is so crucial to establishing balance, discovering your passions, and making connections. It's also important to take time for yourself on top of academics, and creating a balanced routine will help you maintain wellness in your daily life.
