Candice R. Crossey
As the Assistant Director for Donor and Alumni Relations in the Honors College, Candice works to build, cultivate, and strengthen relationships within the Honors alumni, donor, and faculty communities. She helps identify partnerships between Honors alumni and students by connecting them as volunteers, mentors, ambassadors, advisory board members, and donors. She also works to offer strategic programming and engagement opportunities that showcase the innovative research and expertise of Honors faculty. Candice is passionate about facilitating meaningful relationships within the community to further students’ learning. She enjoys being part of such an enthusiastic and dedicated team and has always been inspired by watching students of all ages discover their true potential as they grow and thrive on their educational journeys.
Candice grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (GO STEELERS!) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Pittsburgh. Forever proud of her Steel City roots, she now calls Tucson and the expansive beauty of the Southwest home. She is passionate about the arts and the creative balance it brings to people's lives. Candice is a ceramic artist in her free time who also loves to paint, read, cook, and travel with her husband.
