PATH Mentoring Experience: Former PATH Mentee, 1st Year Mentor
I Mentor Because… I felt that my experience as a PATH mentee was truly beneficial for growth during my freshman year. As an out-of-state student, I felt nervous about finding a sense of community and being able to have the support I needed to reach my goals. My experience in the PATH program allowed me to try new things, meet new people, and get out of my comfort zone.
Five Unique Topics of Support: Finding Clubs, Research Opportunities, Planning/Organization, Time Management, Being an Out-of-State Student
