Johanne Jensen-Ives

Dr. Johanne Jensen-Ives leads the development and alumni engagement strategy for the W.A. Franke Honors College. As the Director of Development, her primary goal is to secure philanthropic support for the College.

Johanne Jensen-Ives earned her PhD from the University of Arizona Center for the Study of Higher Education within the College of Education. Johanne has worked in higher education for over 18 years and in development for the last decade. She began her career at the University of Arizona working with the Fraternity and Sorority community and the Dean of Students Office.

In 2015, she transitioned to the advancement profession and has been a major gift fundraiser for the University serving with various units and Colleges, from the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to the Office of the Provost, and most recently, she served as the Director of Development at the College of Engineering. She has a M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University and a B.S. in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University.
