Kailey Glibert

Kailey Glibert serves as the Director of Academics and College Operations for the W.A. Franke Honors College at the University of Arizona. In this role, she oversees academic programs, advising, student success initiatives, and college operations, while working closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to create meaningful and innovative experiences for honors students.

Kailey is passionate about helping students make the most of their college experience both inside and outside the classroom. She enjoys building programs and partnerships that connect students’ academic interests with opportunities for leadership, personal growth, and engagement. She is particularly interested in creating an honors experience that supports the whole student and prepares them not only to be successful professionals, but thoughtful, engaged members of their communities.

Born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, Kailey earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from The University of Arizona. Outside of work, Kailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active. She is passionate about student success and feels grateful to be part of the Franke Honors College community.
