FUND YOUR RESEARCH
Get the resources you need to find the answers you seek.
Participating in research is one of the biggest benefits of attending the University of Arizona and one of the most influential activities you can undertake as a W. A. Franke Honors student.
As a Tier I research institution, the university offers many ways to get involved in a research project as early as your freshman year. Or if you have a topic you would like to pursue, you can also start your own research project.
To get started, there are several resources available to help you find funding.
Exploratory Mini-Grants
Exploratory mini-grants provide funding for students to follow their curiosity where it leads and take the sort of intellectual risks that lead to meaningful discovery and innovation. Grants are offered up to $5k for individual projects and $10k for teams!
