Honors Senior Named 2018 Churchill Scholar

Feb. 13, 2018

Namrah Habib’s first internship came in the second semester of her freshman year at the University of Arizona, when she was hired as an image processing intern. Her job was to count rocks. Four years later, she is counting the scholarships she is being awarded for her undergraduate work as an Aerospace and Chemical Engineering double major.

Jan. 9, 2018

Honors Contracts allow Honors students to earn Honors credit in non-Honors courses. Get started on completing and submitting your proposal today. The deadline to submit your proposal is February 6.

Regents Give Approval for Honors College Complex

Sept. 28, 2017

The Arizona Board of Regents on Thursday unanimously approved for the University of Arizona to begin constructing a $137-million Honors College complex, described by the school as being a "campus within a campus.". Construction of the massive Honors complex just north of the current school boundaries is scheduled to begin in December and should be completed by August 2019.
