HIGHLIGHTS:

• Founder/CEO of the Wishing Crane Project (since 2020)  
  -  The Wishing Crane Project is a 501c3 international nonprofit organization dedicated to making origami paper cranes, arts and crafts, and care packages for hospital and hospice patients; Now 50+ chapters, 3000 volunteers, and 50,000 items donated.  

• Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP) Scholar (2023-present) 
  -  I have been conducting research on analyzing the role of RNA Helicases on stress granule assembly and disassembly in the Buchan lab. 

• Volunteer at Free health care clinic (2023-present) 
  -  I am currently a volunteer at Clinica Amistad, a healthcare clinic in  South Tucson that provides free healthcare to low-income individuals.
