Honors Service Club Mission
The mission of the Franke Honors Service Club is to educate students about the values of service and volunteering, while being an asset for our college and our community. We believe that learning happens not only in a classroom, but also in our experiences outside and our interactions with others. The club was founded during the 2020-2021 school year. With COVID-19 and other critical issues causing disruption and harm, the club was created with the goal to not only give critical help to fight the problems we face, but to address the underlying causes as well. It is our hope that the Service Club will encourage members to volunteer, serve, and educate.
Meeting Times
1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7:15-8:15pm in 1068 Honors Village. You do not need to be a resident of the building to attend the meetings.
During meetings, we will discuss and organize service opportunities and discuss important social issues impacting the Tucson community. There will also be time to get to know one another and the various social issues we are each passionate about.
Can't make it in person? Please join us on Zoom.
