CONVOCATION UPDATE
The Honors College thanks its graduating seniors for their patience as we work with the University to find the best way to recognize our students' accomplishments in our Convocation ceremony.
The University of Arizona has announced that it will hold a live-stream ceremony on May 15th. This experience will allow graduates and guests to gather together virtually to mark this momentous occasion. The Honors College will participate in this virtual ceremony to recognize our students on their graduation with Honors.
Additionally, we will honor our students in-person this fall. It will be at this ceremony that students graduating with Honors will receive the Honors medallion, hear from our Outstanding Senior, and receive any additional Honors awards. Once the date is set for the UA in-person ceremony, we will work to schedule Honors Convocation as close as possible to that date. We will mail out Honors medallions and other awards after the in-person ceremony for any students unable to attend.
We value our incredible graduating students and everything that they've accomplished in their time in the Honors College, and we are excited to celebrate them alongside their families once the current situation stabilizes.
