Industry Partnerships
Take Learning Beyond the Classroom

Each course in the BCII degree involves project with a community or industry partner. Students will work together to tackle a challenge problem, taking on new perspectives, building a professional network, and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Past and Current Partners Include:

  • The Red Cross
  • Sonoran Institute
  • Creative Machines
  • Pima Federal Credit Union
  • Mission Gardens

Challenge Example: Pima County Attractions and Tourism

Old Tucson – the renowned film set and family theme park in Tucson – has had broad success over many years but is largely dependent on an older and aging customer base. Going forward, how might this attraction be reimagined and repositioned to appeal to a younger and broader audience?
