Who We Are
We are a student group leading tours and visitation experiences for the W.A. Franke Honors College, reaching prospective students and their supporters throughout the academic year.
The Franke Honors Ambassadors (FHAs) serve as the premier representatives of the W.A. Franke Honors College, playing a vital role in the recruitment and retention of Franke Honors Wildcats. Throughout the academic year, FHAs lead Honors Village tours, participate in information sessions, and work alongside recruitment staff during college fairs and other off-campus events to provide an authentic look at the student experience for both prospective students and their supporters. By hosting one-on-one visits and representing the college at campus-wide events, these student leaders act as a bridge between the Franke Honors College and broader community.
Beyond their recruitment efforts, FHAs are committed to internal community building and personal growth. Monthly group and subcommittee meetings enable members to refine their professional development skills and collaborate on philanthropic and social programming that fosters active participation within the college. Through these initiatives, FHAs strengthen the Franke Honors Wildcat identity and develop the leadership and communication skills necessary for their future careers.
Interested in becoming an FHA? New member recruitment occurs each Fall and Spring semester.
Applications for Spring 2026 are closed. Please check back in August 2026!

large university. The Franke Honors College continues to provide
