Angie Valdez

Angie serves as the W.A. Franke Honors College’s Assistant Director of Internal Scholarships for the. She is an alumni of the University of Arizona, earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She has counseled University of Arizona students for over a decade on how to better navigate the complexities of scholarships and financial aid. As a first-generation student, she understands the importance of higher education and strives to help students meet their educational goals.

In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog, watching documentaries, and trying new restaurants.
