Christopher Dziadosz
Chris Dziadosz is an academic advisor for the W.A. Franke Honors College. His experience as a transfer and post-traditional Honors student has fueled his desire to build strong connections with those populations and to help them get the most out of their Honors experience.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Chris spent 25 years working in the mining industry in Wyoming before pursuing his dream of returning to higher education. After graduating from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, he accepted a position as program coordinator for Wayfinders in the Advising Resource Center. The valuable experience gained from working side-by-side with the academic advisors of Wayfinders set the course for his entry into the Honors College advising community.
A dedicated lover of the outdoors, Chris spends as much time as possible exploring the many hiking trails in and around Tucson with his wife Melissa and their five children. The number of dogs and cats in his care fluctuates depending on the many strays that find their way into his home–but rest assured, all are welcome.
