Emmitt Katz
Emmitt Katz is a junior studying Physiology at the University of Arizona. He is the founder and president of Improving Deaf Healthcare, a student organization focused on making healthcare more accessible for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. On campus, he also serves on the Franke Honors College Dean’s Advisory Board and plays on the Water Polo Club team. Emmitt works as a Medical Imaging Assistant at Banner University Medical Center and is involved in OB-GYN research at the Stanford Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. He enjoys weightlifting, river rafting, and DJing in his free time. Emmitt is from San Mateo, California.
