I Mentor Because… teaching and helping others grow is genuinely one of the most rewarding things in the world to me. I have spent years working with students, so getting to mentor people closer to my age is exciting because I can share the lessons and experiences that have shaped me throughout college, especially because the University of Arizona has so many opportunities that can feel overwhelming at first. The W.A. Franke Honors College has given me some of my best friends, memories, and opportunities, and I want to help other students find that same sense of community and belonging.
