Eligibility
- Be a full-time undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree at UA
- Be accepted to and a participant in the UA Honors College
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Enter the UA as a freshman directly from high school
- Have a minimum 3.5 GPA in core courses
- Preference is given to applicants who have also been admitted to the SALT Program
Enrollment Requirements
- Must enroll at least 12 UA units per semester
- Remain a full-time undergraduate student at the W.A. Franke Honors College
Use of Funds
- May be applied to any educational expenses incurred during enrollment.
Renewal Criteria
- Eligible for renewal consideration for up to three additional years after their first year
- Renewable annually based on maintaining full-time status (at least 24 UA units) and a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA

- Graduated from a high school in Pima County, Arizona

- Must remain an undergraduate student in the W.A. Franke Honors College

- Preference will be given to Arizona residents

Graduating Early/Accelerated UA Programs
- Scholarship recipients who know they will be graduating early and immediately entering a graduate or professional program at The University of Arizona, and/or those accepted into an early assurance program, may be eligible to receive the scholarship in their fourth year if they are no longer an undergraduate student. Students who would like to be considered for this opportunity to continue their scholarship should make this request in writing to the W.A. Franke Honors College on the last day of the spring semester of their third year. If approved, the student should note that the award amount for their fourth year will be an average of the previous three years’ scholarship award amounts. It will not be based on their selected graduate/professional program tuition.

Enrichment Funds
- Two-time stipend of $1,500 for study abroad, research, internship support.
Renewal Criteria
- Eligible for renewal consideration for up to three additional years after their first year
- Renewable annually based on maintaining full-time status (at least 24 UA units) and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

Enrollment Requirements
- Must maintain full-time undergraduate status.
- Must finalize their semester units approximately one week prior to the beginning of the semester, otherwise students may be subject to additional tuition charges after add/drop date occurs.
Use of Funds
- Applicable toward educational expenses included in yearly cost of attendance
- Incoming freshmen cohort, have a one-time computer expense they can request up to $3,000. Proof of price must be submitted to Angie Valdez within the first year.
Enrichment Funds
- Examples of approved enrichment requests, but not limited to:
- Study Abroad
- Internships
- Research or thesis work
- Leadership training
- Academic or co-curricular conferences
- MCAT, LSAT, GRE prep courses
- Stamps Outward Bound Trips
- Student organization memberships fees
- Winter Session and Summer courses.
a. Can not include living expenses associated with the courses but may include books and supplies needed for the course. - Requests will be submitted to Angie Valdez prior to the semester/session for which the funding will be used.
- Once enrichment funds have been disbursed, they cannot be pulled back if students did not plan accordingly.

Graduating Early/Accelerated UA Programs
- Stamps scholarship students, who know they will be graduating early and immediately entering into a graduate or professional program at the University of Arizona, and/or those accepted into an early assurance program, may be eligible to receive their Stamps Scholarship in their 4th year of the cohort even if they are no longer an undergraduate student.

Franke Honors College by the last day of the spring semester of their third year. Funding Expectations
- The incoming Stamps cohort is expected to participate in Stamps Summer Retreat in mid-to-late August.
- Stamps Scholars are required to complete a Day of Service. Based on the Stamps Scholars program the pillars of the program are scholarship, leadership, and community; Stamps Scholars are required to complete a Day of Service to give back to the community.
- The Stamps Scholarship is manually awarded by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA). OSFA completes a financial aid review prior to the Spring and Fall Census dates.
- To ensure accurate award calculations:
- Scholars must be enrolled in full-time status at least two weeks before the start of the semester.
- Failure to maintain full-time enrollment, or expenses incurred after the Census date, may result in out-of-pocket costs. Your Stamps Scholarship disbursement may be applied toward those charges.
- In April, Stamp scholars must submit their 3 to 4 highlights for the Stamps Impact Report due in the summer
- In April, graduating Stamps scholars must submit post-graduation plans, i.e. attending graduate school or starting a new job

- Renewable annually based on maintaining full-time status (at least 24 UA units) and a minimum 3.4 cumulative GPA
Eligibility
- W.A. Franke Honors student with Sophomore standing
- Have a 3.5 minimum UA cumulative GPA
- Preference will be given to first generation students

- Preference will be given to students who have overcome and/or are experiencing financial hardship, and/or first-generation college students
