This fourth-year Honors Wildcat work in a science education research lab looking at curriculum design elements that enhance inquiry based learning through modeling. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, sewing, and playing video games.

The Library of Congress, the world’s largest library, recently awarded a $83,226 grant to the University Libraries.

This third-year Honors Wildcat connects with the campus community in a unique way as a Community Service Officer for the UAPD. In her free time, she enjoys going on Police Ride-Alongs with officers, four-wheeling and traveling.  

This second-year Honors Wildcat developed a Health Education Magazine providing Non-Scientific Interpretations of COVID-19 information for Hopi communities as a result of the Honors College First-Year Project.  In his free time, he enjoys exploring Tucson, trying new foods, and reading poetry.  

Alex Nuñez, Assistant Director, Recruitment and Admissions, Honors College and doctoral student was inspired by his own family's past to examine the relationship between racial identity and sports in the United States.

This third year Honors Wildcat is doing an Honors independent study project with professor Chad Westerland about how to describe Supreme Court justice behavior and compare it to that of legislators. In her spare time she loves to watch comedies and listen to 80's Rock.
