18 UARIZONA STUDENTS AND ALUMNI SELECTED AS FULBRIGHT SEMIFINALISTS

HONORS STUDENT SPOTLIGHT - JASON KRONENFELD

This fourth-year Honors Wildcat is currently doing working in the Renquist research group since 2017 where he has worked on projects related to lactation, metabolic rate, hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance, asthma, and more. In his free time, you can find him backpacking and hiking in the Tucson mountains.

This second-year Honors Wildcat has worked with Dr. Ruiz's SuRRF Lab, where she helped examine multiracial representation in biomedical research studies throughout the last decade. When she is not doing research you can find her playing guitar, singing, and binge-watching Netflix TV shows.

HONORS STUDENT SPOTLIGHT - CHLOE CRAIG

Jan. 20, 2021

This second-year Honors Wildcat is Public Health major and is a research assistant in the Sleep and Health Research Program under Dr. Michael Grandner. She is currently focused on investigating the relationship between sleep health disparities and chronic pain conditions in racial/ethnic minority groups. When she is not doing research you can find her in spin classes and having picnics on the mall.
