The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery provides students with the opportunity to assist with the collection of functional and patient reported-outcomes for the purposes of determining the quality of orthopaedic care provided by Banner University Medical Center – Tucson/South.

Xtreme Discovery Teams (XDT) is a volunteer-based program that visits local middle schools and high schools to promote higher education.
